Introduction

Core Services are already being offered through the existing hospitals working as franchise with MGHN.

Add-on Services are now being slowly incorporated in the network but only through limited facilities these Services are being delivered. Expansion of Service basket keeps the franchise enthusiastic to be retained with MGHN with additional revenue generation streams.

Methodology

Mapping and Engagement

  1. Identification of the facilities
  2. Landscape mapping of the facilities
  3. Mapped facilities will be engaged (agreement letter) and supported to finally achieve certification level standard
  4. Assessment for introducing new services (core thematic areas)

Quality Baseline Assessment

  1. Gap Identification of mapped facilities for NABH & MANYATA, QCI, etc. and new services by a team of Quality Experts and program person
  2. During assessment, the details of facilities, including the providers, health infrastructure and quality of service delivery would also be captured

Training and Capacity Building

  1. Detailed capacity building program would be initiated for each engaged health facility
  2. Technical support through virtual and onsite trainings will be initiated on NABH & Manyata standards

Accreditation standard and new services

1. Hand holding support and prepare the facilities for the accreditation standards – NABH & MANYATA, QCI, etc.

2. Conducting NABH technical sessions and Manyata sessions at engaged

3. Organize refresher training on quality standards and thematic areas to strengthen the existing facilities

NABH: Quality Assurance

HLFPPT has pioneered into providing consultancy, guidance, and support to healthcare facilities (hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, etc) willing to apply for NABH Pre-Entry Accreditation .

 

HLFPPT provides services ranging from feasibility study to generating Gap analysis on NABH Standards The gap analysis is conducted on NABH Objective elements/ Processes, infrastructure, manpower, equipment & regulatory compliance. Under Quality Council of India (QCI)
